VACANCY - DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assisting with the planning and execution of organizational policy.
  • Managing the operations of all beach related services
  • Managing the Commission’s commercial and revenue generating operations.
  • Developing proposals to secure funding from regional and extra regional organizations for environmentally related programs.
  • Any other relevant duties which may be assigned from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • A Postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources Management, or in a related discipline; and not less than three years’ experience at the level of senior manager position or a related grade is required;

OR

  • A Bachelors’ degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources Management, or in a related discipline; and not less than five years’ experience in a senior manager position or a related grade.

Experience previously acquired in the field of Environmental Management would be an asset.

SALARY SCALE:  S5
